Please note that to secure a booking we need credit card details to cover cancellation charges should they become necessary.

For your personal security, we will contact you via a land based phone to obtain those details. Please ensure the number provided is a landline. please include your area code and the best time to make that contact..

•  The person making this booking request is responsible for any cancellation charges if they become necessary as described here and for informing any other people included in the booking of these potential cancellation charges.

• Your card details are retained for the purposes of the cancellation policy below

• The price indicated on the website is the cash price in NZ$.

• We do not take payment now. Payment due on the day of arrival.

• All cancellations will incur a 10% administration fee.

• Cancellations between 21 days and 7 days of your booking date incur 50% fee.

• Cancellations within 7 days of your booking date, and no shows on the day, incur a 100% fee.

Cancellation policy as above applies.

However, In the case of visiting cruise ships, if your ship fails to arrive, there will be NO DEDUCTION from your card.

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance for your entire holiday.
